Looking inward
Recently I've noticed that my teeth could potentially be considered fucked up. At least three of the front ones have little nicks in them, and to be honest, they're not the whitest they could be either. If you really look, they're actually kind of transluscent around the edges. They're also full of cavities but most of those were filled with porcelin, so at least I don't look like a meth addict.
The obvious question of course is "Fucked up how?"
I'm not sure. I think they're the kind of fucked up where you might not notice, or maybe you would but only if you knew me pretty well. The reason for that is I asked my sister about it one day. I asked her if she ever noticed my teeth were kind of fucked up, and if she did whether it was the kind of fucked up that you don't even notice unless you know the person really well, or the kind of fucked up that everybody notices right away. I also posed a follow-up question, which was if everyone notices right away, do I kind of pull it off, like Jewel?
I figure if anybody can answer this question, it's her. I've known her for 22 years and we've lived together for almost four of them. I was right. She didn't even have to ask to look at my teeth. She just closed her eyes and said very quietly "I can't talk to you."
Extra Credit: type "meth mouth" into Google images and let your fingers do the walking.
